To Wonder
Again
Have you ever found yourself questioning the standards you measure your life against?
Or noticing the unspoken assumptions and expectations that shape your relationships?
This book is for those who long for a little more wonder in life - who still catch glimmers of a world once seen in all its vividness, before these standards, assumptions and expectations reduced it to shades of black and white. This book is for those willing to question a black and white world, and to begin wondering about what might have been lost along the way.It is no accident that this book has found its way to you.The only question is — are you ready to wonder again?

Are You Ready To Wonder Again?
You're not looking to be guided.
You’ve read enough of other people’s ideas, teachings, and frameworks. You’re ready to explore your own inner world - to question what you’ve assumed to be true, and to begin shaping your own understanding from within.
You are endlessly curious.
You’re not seeking answers - you’re seeking deeper questions.
It’s a little unsettling. Every moment of self-inquiry is entirely our own - nobody can tell us what to think, or what it means, or why it’s happening. Each contemplation in this book gently builds on the last, offering small practices and optional reflections.
You’re sceptical - even of your own scepticism.
You question everything, including your interpretations, reactions, and beliefs. This isn’t about deciding what to believe or not believe. It’s about learning to recognise what feels true within you - and even then, being willing to look again.
You're sensing that not knowing might actually be the point.
This book won’t teach you anything you’re not ready to see. It’s here to gently nudge us towards the understanding that we can only learn to trust the ever-changing stages of our own experience. Are you ready to begin?
"Thought can organise the world so well that you are no longer able to see it."
– Anthony de Mello
A Note from the Author
I’m Fiona, and this book began as a simple pull - a feeling that I needed to put my thoughts down on paper. Like many, I’ve struggled to find balance between control and surrender, between a logical mind and a growing sense of wonder. It has been beautiful, and often disorientating - and continues to be.This book wasn’t written with a goal, or a perfect, pre-conceived structure, or the belief that any of these contemplations are definitive. I don’t claim them as the best ones or the right ones. They are simply the ones that arrived when I was ready for them.If you have any questions about these contemplations, or are curious to dig into something deeper, please feel free to reach out!
